Dr. Emmanuel Quansah is a lecturer in the Department of Supply Chain and Information Systems at the KNUST School of Business. He has a joint master’s degree in Industrial Management from the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden, Politecnica de Madrid in Spain and Politecnico di Milano in Italy. He also holds a BSc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Ghana.
Prior to taking up a lectureship appointment, Mr. Quansah worked as a system analyst at the KNUST University Information Technology Services (KNUST-UITS) in Ghana and also as a Quality Assurance Officer at North Development AB in Sweden. He has also worked with AEISEC in Sweden in a consulting role. He is a member of the following professional societies; Top Industrial Managers of Europe (TIME) and the Institute of Industrial Engineers – IIE (USA).
Mr. Quansah has coordinated several academic-related programmes at the KNUST School of Business including the World Cocoa Foundation Agricultural Logistics Training Program, the CILT-UK Professional Programme and the West African Institute for Supply Chain Leadership. He is currently the coordinator for the MSc. Logistics and Supply Chain Management Programme at KSB.
