Nathaniel Boso is the Dean at KNUST School of Business, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana. He is also a Visiting Professor of Marketing and Entrepreneurship at Strathmore Business School (Kenya). He was previously an Associate Professor at the University of Leeds, UK. His research focuses on the interface between international entrepreneurship, innovation and marketing strategy.

Prof. Naail is a well-motivated academic professional with the passion for seeking and sharing knowledge, through edge-cutting research and teaching. He has authored publications on the comparative study of Management particularly the Religious Perspective on Organizational Behavior, Ethics, Spirituality, Social Responsibility, and Leadership. He has presented research papers at the local and international platforms and conferences in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and America.

Michael Adusei had his secondary education at Prempeh College, Kumasi. From Prempeh College he proceeded to university of Ghana and obtained his bachelor of science in business administration degree with specialization in banking and finance. He later studied and obtained an advance diploma in accounting and finance from the institute of commercial management, United Kingdom. After working for some time he obtained admission to pursue a master of philosophy in business administration degree at Kwame Nkrumah university of science and technology.

Dr Enya Ameza-Xemalordzo is chartered management consultant and a certified international manager with substantial experience in industry and academia. Enya holds several Masters' Degrees in the areas of Applied sciences, Business Management, International Business & Corporate Law. He obtained professional qualifications in Business Management and Management consultancy. Based on his dissertations in Lancaster Law School (i.e. Examination of the Shareholder and Stakeholder theories in the context of Corporate Governance) and Nottingham Law School (i.e.

Beatrice is an Assistant Lecturer at the KNUST School of Business. She holds a Master of Philosophy in Accounting from KNUST. She is also an associate member of the Institute of Charted Accountants Ghana. She was awarded the outstanding female student in the May 2013 ICA-G exams. Her teaching experience covers Financial Accounting, Intermediate Accounting and Auditing. She has research interest in corporate governance, accounting regulations and compliance, gender diversity and firm performance.

Dr. Henry Kofi Mensah is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Human Resources and Organizational Development at the KNUST School of Business (KSB). His teaching and research interest focuses on Social Responsibility, Employee Development, the interface between Business and Society and Green Business and Sustainability. He has consulted for various organizations in the area of employee development, corporate social responsibility and philanthropy and he is a member of the African Academy of Management (AFAM).

Dr. A. S. Azinga is a full-time Lecturer in the Department of Human Resource and Organizational Development (HROD), KNUST-KSB. Dr. Azinga has enormous teaching experience at various levels of the Ghanaian Education System. He employs differentiated teaching methods, incorporating presentations and seminal approaches to address all learning styles. He has the ability to prioritise a substantial workload and works well within a team environment with responsible level of own initiative.
