Joseph Akadeagre Agana
Joseph is an Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Accounting and Finance, School of Business, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi-Ghana. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Accounting at the School of Business and Law, University of Agder-Norway. At the University of Agder, he is a team member of the Internationalisation of Financial Reporting and Auditing (IFRA)project funded by the Norwegian Research Council. He is also a Teacher Assistant for Corporate Finance and Research Methods courses in the MSc program.
Michael Adusei
Michael Adusei had his secondary education at Prempeh College, Kumasi. From Prempeh College he proceeded to university of Ghana and obtained his bachelor of science in business administration degree with specialization in banking and finance. He later studied and obtained an advance diploma in accounting and finance from the institute of commercial management, United Kingdom. After working for some time he obtained admission to pursue a master of philosophy in business administration degree at Kwame Nkrumah university of science and technology.
Beatrice Sarpong-Danquah
Beatrice is an Assistant Lecturer at the KNUST School of Business. She holds a Master of Philosophy in Accounting from KNUST. She is also an associate member of the Institute of Charted Accountants Ghana. She was awarded the outstanding female student in the May 2013 ICA-G exams. Her teaching experience covers Financial Accounting, Intermediate Accounting and Auditing. She has research interest in corporate governance, accounting regulations and compliance, gender diversity and firm performance.

Joseph Magnus Frimpong
Prof. Joseph Magnus Frimpong, an Associate Professor in Finance is part of the initial team that set up the Business School in 2005. He is a chartered member of several professional bodies including Chartered Management Consultants, Chartered Institute of Administration and Management, Chattered Institute of Logistics and Transport. He received his PhD in Finance from KNUST and a master’s in Project Analysis, Finance and Investment from the University of York, Heslington, York, England.
