Beatrice is an Assistant Lecturer at the KNUST School of Business. She holds a Master of Philosophy in Accounting from KNUST. She is also an associate member of the Institute of Charted Accountants Ghana. She was awarded the outstanding female student in the May 2013 ICA-G exams. Her teaching experience covers Financial Accounting, Intermediate Accounting and Auditing. She has research interest in corporate governance, accounting regulations and compliance, gender diversity and firm performance.

Prof. Joseph Magnus Frimpong, an Associate Professor in Finance is part of the initial team that set up the Business School in 2005. He is a chartered member of several professional bodies including Chartered Management Consultants, Chartered Institute of Administration and Management, Chattered Institute of Logistics and Transport. He received his PhD in Finance from KNUST and a master’s in Project Analysis, Finance and Investment from the University of York, Heslington, York, England.

Daniel Domeher is currently a Lecturer in Banking and Finance at the KNUST School of Business. He obtained his PhD in Real Estate Finance from the Liverpool John Moores University, UK. Daniel also holds an MA in Banking and Finance from Sheffield Hallam University, UK and a BA degree in Economics and Geography from KNUST, Ghana. He has published in journals and conferences of international repute.

Prof. Kingsley Opoku Appiah  is a lecturer of Accounting and corporate governance at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. K.O, as he is affectionately called, did his doctoral degree in corporate governance and strategy at Loughborough University in the UK. He is also a fellow and a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG), respectively, and serves as moderator of examination questions for the latter.
