It is my pleasure to warmly welcome you to the KNUST School of Business (KSB) community where we have chosen to dedicate ourselves to the service of delivery outstanding industrial and entrepreneurial focused Business and Management education. There is no doubt that you have had an opportunity to try several other higher education options elsewhere, but the inspiration and the enthusiasm of serving our society in an entrepreneurial environment that is backed by the spirit of science and technology may have motivated you to choose KSB as your desired place to grow your career. We are here to help accelerate your career aspirations to the highest pedestal ever possible.
As a leading Business School in Ghana and Africa, we deem it necessary to offer excellent teaching and learning environment centred on producing scholars and leaders who would engage in excellent scientific academic activities that prepare industries in Ghana and Africa for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. We aim to offer excellent tuition by engaging outstanding Professors and support staff to educate you in an environment that celebrates collegiality and interactivity. We ensure that our programmes prepare you fully for the disruptions that are sweeping industries and productive sectors worldwide. KSB hosts a variety of renowned scholars and industry leaders to teach, share research and engage with industry. As a major School in KNUST, we are poised to help you exploit opportunities available within and beyond the confines of our esteemed establishment. In order to nurture your employability skills, we are investing in strategic graduate employment initiatives that directly benefit your employability. Furthermore, the school is in the processing of establishing KSB graduate employment centre to develop and maintain database on further education, employment and self-employment opportunities available to all our graduates. Going forward, all students on our programmes will be required to engage vigorously with industry in the form of yearly internships with our key private and public-sector partners to help you gain first-hand experience of managing in key industrial sectors. Our vision is to achieve a 100% employability rate for our graduates within the next 10 years.
