
The University of Buffalo, USA, invites postgraduate students to apply for the Global Collaboration and Leadership programme from June 2026 to September 2026, an an optional in person travel to Buffalo, New York in April, 2027. The programme is micro-credential that seeks to enhance candidates personal and professional leadership skills through self-awareness and reflection with peers from around the world. The program will be virtual, online synchronous (live). As a partner University, the KNUST School of Business invites postgraduate students to apply.
Eligibility and Prerequisite
- To be eligible, you must be a working professional or a graduate student of the KNUST School of Business, preferably in the second year of study
- You must show a commitment to attend (virtual) the entire session experience with full engagement, including self-reflection, discovery and collaboration with peers from around the world
Requirement
- Attend orientation and all program/workshop sessions
- Submit weekly journal entries
- Meet with mentors
- Complete all required assessments
- Collaborate on Global Challenge team project
- Oral defense of yearlong experience, including a documentary video of your experience
- In-person visit (optional): two-week, in-person visit to the University at Buffalo in May/June

- Optional: In-person Travel to UB Center for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness annual conference
