Dr Enya Ameza-Xemalordzo is chartered management consultant and a certified international manager with substantial experience in industry and academia. Enya holds several Masters' Degrees in the areas of Applied sciences, Business Management, International Business & Corporate Law. He obtained professional qualifications in Business Management and Management consultancy. Based on his dissertations in Lancaster Law School (i.e. Examination of the Shareholder and Stakeholder theories in the context of Corporate Governance) and Nottingham Law School (i.e. Corporate Governance beyond Shareholder Primacy: a Critical Review of Directors ‘Duties and Stakeholder Governance in the UK), he pursued PhD at the University of Manchester. His research explored how Corporate Governance has changed as a result of the financial sector privatization and liberalization. He also looked at the effects of the financial sector laws on corporate governance of banks in Ghana.  His research interests include the corporate governance (Especially in financial institutions), Financial Sector Regulation, Business Management and strategy, Credit Management and CSR.
