Dr. Henry Kofi Mensah is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Human Resources and Organizational Development at the KNUST School of Business (KSB). His teaching and research interest focuses on Social Responsibility, Employee Development, the interface between Business and Society and Green Business and Sustainability. He has consulted for various organizations in the area of employee development, corporate social responsibility and philanthropy and he is a member of the African Academy of Management (AFAM). He is also involved in supervision of both undergraduate and postgraduate research. He has published in various reputable journals and has presented research papers at various local and international conferences. He has served on various committees and in various capacities such as Examinations Officer for KNUST Institute of Distance Learning and the Programme Coordinator for MSc. Development Management in the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi-Ghana.

Dr. Mensah holds a PhD in Organizational Development from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, an MSc. in Development Management from the University of Agder, Norway and a B. A. Social Science degree (Economics and Sociology) also from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi-Ghana. He has also received training various hard skills including the use of qualitative analysis software (QSR NVivo and ATLAS.ti), eTutoring and eLearning management systems among others. He is an alumnus of the NOMA scholarship funded by NORAD, Norway and a beneficiary of KNUST Vice-Chancellor Scholarship for Doctoral Training. A good communicator, who has demonstrated a high degree of self-initiative and enjoy the challenge of tight schedules and ever-prepared to learn new things from every opportunity and criticism.
